Charlie Sifford was finally inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame on Nov. 15, 2005 in St. Augustine, Fla., it was a significant day in the history of golf. The game now has its first black member of the Hall of Fame. It is a time to remember all those pioneers who walked with him and how much more there is to do. It was a time to celebrate the one and only black member of the Hall of Fame, and a time to remember that there is still one and only one black member of the PGA Tour.
